Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The referral program is open to everyone except employees of NNW Tech Solutions and recruitment agencies.  

• Referrals must be made with the knowledge and consent of the referred candidate or client. The referrer must ensure there are no conflicts of interest.

2. Ethical Considerations

• All referrals must be made in good faith and should not interfere with any existing employment relationships or client contracts.  

• Referrers must ensure that participation in this program does not breach any confidentiality agreements, non-solicitation clauses, or other employment-related restrictions.  

• NNW Tech Solutions reserves the right to reject any referral that raises ethical concerns or conflicts of interest.

3. How it works

• Candidate Referrals: Submit your referral via our online form or by email to referrals@nnwtechsolutions.com. If the referred candidate is successfully placed with one of our clients and remains employed beyond the probationary period, you will be eligible for a referral reward.  

• Client Referrals: Submit your client referral via our online form or email to referrals@nnwtechsolutions.com. The referrer will only be eligible for the reward once we have successfully made our first candidate placement with the referred client.  

• Referrals will be considered for up to 12 months from the date of submission. If no placement occurs within this period, the referral will expire.  

• If a candidate or client has already been submitted to or engaged with by NNW Tech Solutions, no reward will be offered. Referrers will be notified if the referred person or client is already in our system.  

• If multiple individuals refer the same candidate or client, the referral reward will be granted to the first submission based on the timestamp of receipt.  

4. Referral rewards

• Placed Candidate Referral – ZAR 10,000. When you refer a candidate who successfully gets hired, we’ll reward you with ZAR 10,000 as a token of our appreciation. 

• New Client Referral – ZAR 20,000. If you refer a new client and we successfully place a candidate with them, you will earn ZAR 20,000. This reward is granted once the first candidate is placed with the referred client.

5. Payment terms

• Rewards will be paid 14 days after the candidate’s start date. This applies to both client and candidate referrals. 

• Payment to non-South African bank accounts is subject to exchange control regulations and may require additional processing time.

• If two or more referrers submit the same candidate or client, the reward will be given to the first submission based on the timestamp of the referral.

6. Exclusions

• Referrals for candidates or clients who are already known to NNW Tech Solutions or who have applied directly to us will not be eligible for rewards.

• Referrals from recruitment agencies or third-party placement firms are not eligible.

7. Program modifications

• NNW Tech Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

• Any changes will be communicated via our website.

8. Liability

• NNW Tech Solutions is not responsible for any delays or failures in payment due to incorrect information provided by the referrer.

• Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

9. Confidentiality

• All information provided during the referral process will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purposes of the referral program.

• Referrals must be made with the knowledge and consent of the referred candidate or client.

• NNW Tech Solutions will not disclose the referrer’s information to third parties without consent.

10. Compliance with POPIA

• The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) regulates the collection, processing, and storage of personal information in South Africa. As a referrer, you are required to ensure that you have obtained the prior consent of the individual (candidate or client) before submitting their personal information to NNW Tech Solutions.

• By participating in this referral program, you confirm that any contact details or personal information provided are submitted with the individual’s knowledge and consent.

• NNW Tech Solutions will process the personal information of referred candidates or clients in accordance with POPIA. This includes taking necessary steps to ensure the confidentiality and protection of all personal data shared with us.

• Any personal data collected through the referral program will be used solely for the purposes of recruitment and client engagement, and it will not be shared with third parties without consent.

• NNW Tech Solutions reserves the right to reject any referral where consent has not been obtained, or where submitting the referral would violate POPIA or any other relevant data protection laws.
