What you can earn
When you refer either digital talent or potential clients to us, here’s what you stand to earn as a referral fee:
Your placed candidate:
R10,000.00
If we successfully hire and onboard your referred candidate and they pass our probation period, you’ll get R10 000 in cash in your bank account as a thank you from us.
New client:
R20,000.00
Should you refer a new client to us plus new talent, you’ll get R20 000 in cash in your bank account for both successful submissions once the candidate has passed our probation period.

Submitting a referral is simple! Just visit our referral page, fill out the referral form with the necessary details, and submit it. We’ll take it from there and keep you updated on the progress.
What happens after I submit a referral?
Once we receive your referral, our team will evaluate the candidate's suitability or the client’s needs. If the referral leads to a successful outcome, you'll be notified, and the reward process will begin.
When will I receive my referral reward?
You will receive your reward once the referred candidate has been successfully hired and completes a designated period of employment, or when the referred client signs an agreement and starts working with us.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?
No, there’s no limit! The more qualified candidates or potential clients you refer, the more you can earn.
What if someone else refers the same person or company?
If multiple people refer the same candidate or client, the reward will go to the first person who submitted the referral, provided it leads to a successful outcome.
Can I refer someone for a position not currently advertised on your website?
Absolutely! We are always looking for top talent, so even if a specific role isn’t advertised, feel free to refer someone with strong technical skills. We’ll find the right opportunity for them.
Can I participate if I’m not in South Africa?
Yes, our referral program is open to participants from around the globe. We work with clients and candidates worldwide, so your network's location isn’t a limitation.
